The Delaware Restaurant Association Center for Policy & Advocacy serves as the driving force behind the industry’s legislative and policy efforts. Through strategic engagement, relationship-building, research, education, and collaboration, the Center amplifies the voice of Delaware’s hospitality community in Dover and beyond.

As restaurants face increasing regulatory, labor, tax, and operational challenges, the Center advocates for policies that strengthen operators, protect jobs, and sustain economic growth across Delaware. From advancing restaurant relief initiatives to mobilizing industry leaders around critical legislation, the Center provides the rapid-response advocacy and resources needed to protect and advance the hospitality industry.

In 2026, the Center has established a fundraising goal of $75,000 to expand advocacy efforts, strengthen industry influence in Dover, and ensure Delaware restaurants have a strong, unified voice on the issues that matter most.
